RETURN POLICY

All of the jewelry is handmade which may include tiny little imperfections that truly make each piece one of a kind. When looking to purchase an item please look at the photo and details carefully. Please reach out with any questions that you may have about anything… a certain question about a piece, sizes, dimensions, stones, anything! All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if an issue does arise I would be happy to work with you and discuss some possible alternatives.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed will be shipped within three to five business days. If the item is needed sooner, please contact me and we can make that happen! Shipping for all custom orders will be individually decided depending on what work needs to be done for each piece. Each order will come with a tacking number.

JEWELRY CARE

Sterling silver, copper, and brass are sensitive absorbent natural metals that tarnish very easily. To help keep your jewelry from tarnishing keep pieces out of water, take off when taking a shower or going swimming. Keep away from chemicals such as lotions, oils, make up, cleaning products, etc. Store jewelry in a covered dry and cool place, the less contact the better. Each order will come with a polishing pad that can be used until it has turned completely black. Polishing pads are a quick and easy way to keep your jewelry fresh and silver clean!
